Hello and Happy Tuesday, my friends!
I was a little under the weather last week, but am feeling much better and am so happy to be back!
This past weekend my daughter, Elisabeth, and a group of her college friends all came and stayed with us before leaving for a Spring Break trip. It was so much fun to have them all here together. I just love a full house!
Now that we have officially “sprung ahead”, I am happy that the longer days are here. Gone are the winter blues. Sunshine and light always makes me feel more energized and productive. Before you know it, we will be thinking about spring planting. So I thought this would be a great time to share some creative planting ideas. Let’s get this party started!

Lynne’s Household Tip
My dog, Sadie, has been sick recently and has had a few accidents in our home. To help clean our area rugs, we purchased Bissell’s Little Green Portable Carpet Cleaner. I am so happy with this purchase! It works so well and completely removed the stains. Now that spring cleaning time is here, I plan on using it all around my home.

Do your research, but don’t get overwhelmed. There are so many different opinions out there, you’ll never REALLY know what is the exactly what you need to do!
My motto? “Do your best, and then rest (in the Lord)”. I’ve learned over the years that God will do what He wants with my blog. I see His faithfulness, and it prompts me to continue to trust Him!
So don’t fret… Trust the Lord… with your blog and your life! 😉
