  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Colby-Jack cheese – Freshly shredded cheese has a creamier texture and melts very well
  • Black beans, drained and rinsed

For Serving

  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Ranch dressing (Our favorite is Marie’s Creamy Ranch dip!)

Variations:

  • Add sweet corn
  • Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
  • Serve with blue cheese dressing or sour cream

How to Make BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  2. Begin by spreading the tortilla chips on the sheet pan, in an even layer.
  3. Bake the chips for 3 minutes before adding toppings. This step will keep them crispy.
  4. Next, in a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with your favorite BBQ sauce.
  5. Top the tortilla chips with BBQ chicken, thinly sliced red onion, and black beans.
  6. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
