Easy BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos made with tortilla chips, melty cheese, and barbeque-sauced chicken. A quick 20 minute dinner or game day favorite!

- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 Small red onion thinly sliced
- 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese
- 1/2 can Black beans drained and rinsed
For Serving
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Ranch dressing
Variations
- Add sweet corn
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
- Serve with blue cheese dressing or sour cream
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Begin by spreading the tortilla chips on the sheet pan, in an even layer.
Bake the chips for 3 minutes before adding toppings. This step will keep them crispy.
Next, in a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Top the tortilla chips with BBQ chicken, thinly sliced red onion, and black beans.
Top generously with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
