Easy BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos made with tortilla chips, melty cheese, and barbeque-sauced chicken. A quick 20 minute dinner or game day favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 Small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1/2 can Black beans drained and rinsed

For Serving

  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Ranch dressing

Variations

  • Add sweet corn
  • Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
  • Serve with blue cheese dressing or sour cream

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • Begin by spreading the tortilla chips on the sheet pan, in an even layer.
  • Bake the chips for 3 minutes before adding toppings. This step will keep them crispy.
  • Next, in a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with your favorite barbecue sauce.
  • Top the tortilla chips with BBQ chicken, thinly sliced red onion, and black beans.
  • Top generously with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
