Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • 2 large, ripe peaches

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter, sugar, cinnamon, and oats. Mix using a pastry blender.
  • Place the peaches in a baking dish. Fill each peach with the brown sugar, cinnamon oat mixture
  • Bake between 15 -30 minutes. The baking time will vary depending on how ripe your peaches are. If you would like softer peaches, you may need to bake them longer.
