1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line your 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Using an electric mixer, combine butter, flour, sugar and egg and mix on low until crumbly. 3. Press this mixture into a greased 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish. 4. Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of the mixture for a crumb topping.
5. Evenly spread raspberry jam onto the crust. 6. Crumble reserved topping over the jam and press lightly. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. 8. Cut when cool and enjoy!
