Julie’s Blogging Tip

This week is a biggun’! Shouldn’t it be with a celebration party?

I’m actually stealing sharing a PSA and friendly reminder from Grayson Bell of iMark Interactive:

“I know there are many (are) still using Classic Editor (which requires a plugin to function) instead of moving to Gutenberg/block.
While this is working for you now, I would highly recommend you learn how to use the Block editor.
More and more plugins are slowly pulling support for classic because they can’t keep up with compatibility between the two systems.”

And he continues…

“I know some of you really dislike the block editor, but most people I know that have moved over and learned block have really enjoyed it. The possibilities you have increase dramatically when you use it.
So while we don’t know when “official” support for classic will end, major plugins are slowly writing classic support out because it’s becoming cumbersome to support both.”

iMark Interactive has some easy to follow YouTube tutorials for Gutenberg, too! Though they aren’t the most current, they are still super helpful in navigating this platform.

Household Tip

Clean the glass in your home naturally with vinegar and water. Mix 50% distilled white vinegar with 50% tap water to create an all natural glass cleaner. I love how it cuts grease on my glass stovetop and doesn’t streak. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
