Happy November and welcome to the party!

I hope you had a safe and fun-filled Halloween! Did you get a lot of trick or treaters? We only had a few. I bought way too much candy and now need to figure out what to do with it. I’d love to hear your ideas!

Last week we had some amazing ideas for your Thanksgiving celebration. You can check out last week’s party HERE!

This week we’re getting crafty! We have three fabulous features, sharing craft ideas for fall, as well as the upcoming holiday season.

Be sure to head over to My Wee Abode and Reinvented Delaware to check out SIX additional features from Tuesday Turn About! If you haven’t been featured at My Family Thyme this week, you may have been featured there!

Before we look at the features for this week, let’s get a couple tips!

Household Tips

With holiday baking season right around the corner, I have been sharing baking tips. You can read all about this simple tip to help keep brown sugar soft and this tip to soften butter quickly. This trick will help make cold butter easier to work with while making a pie crust. Last week I shared one of my favorite products to line your pans, help your cookies bake more evenly and make clean-up a breeze.

One chore that I tend to put off is unloading the dishwasher…particularly putting the utensils away. It always seems to take so long. Thanks to my friend Carolyn, I have a new tip to share with you that will make unloading your dishwasher a breeze. When loading it, sort the utensils. It will make unloading and putting them away so quick and easy.

Tuesday Turn About Features

A Succulent Pumpkin

Michele from Vintage Home Designs shared How to Make a Succulent Pumpkin. In her step by step tutorial, Michele shows us how to make this pretty pumpkin craft. Wouldn’t this make a beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece?

DIY Fall Garland With Waxed Leaves

This is such a fun project! Rachel from The Antiqued Journey shared her DIY Fall Garland With Waxed Leaves. I love the idea of preserving the natural beauty of fall leaves in wax. Once you wax the leaves, you can create a garland or even a wreath. What would you like to create?

5 Sustainable Gift-Wrapping DIY Package Toppers

Rachel from The Ponds Farmhouse shared her ideas for 5 Sustainable Gift-Wrapping DIY Package Toppers. I love the simplicity of this look and that these package toppers are so easy and fun to create. These would make great ornaments too! Such a creative and budget-friendly holiday craft!
