Artichoke Crab Dip

Cuisine: Easy to prepare and gluten free, this dip looks and tastes much more difficult than it is.
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 package crab meat
  1. Set out 2 blocks of cream cheese to soften.
  2. Once it's at room temperature, preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  3. With an electric handmixer, combine cream cheese, 1 can of drained, quartered artichoke hearts, one package of crab meat, and about ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
