Enjoy this flavorful stove-top meal in under 30 minutes. It's the perfect quick and easy weeknight meal that will become a family favorite!

Serves: 6 servings
  • 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef
  • 1 small onion or ½ large onion, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground giner
  • 1 4 ounce can mushrooms
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 package rotini pasta
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • grape tomatoes (whole or halved)
  • fresh pea pods
  1. Prepare water to boil pasta according to directions.
  2. Brown ground turkey or beef with diced onion, soy sauce, and ginger.
  3. Break apart meat as it is browning.
  4. Add mushrooms and tomato sauce.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer on low for five minutes, stirring.
  6. Add pasta to meat mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Toss in pepper strips, pea pods and tomatoes.
  8. Cook until heated thoroughly. Enjoy!
